Fantastic piece, I might end up downloading it later, really great work. It's fun, it flows well, all the instruments are good quality, I have no complaints about this song at all. Keep up the good work!

-- I was wondering what program you used for this, and what sort of instruments you used. I've worked in FL Studio, and have been having some trouble locating free orchestral instruments. I've been using DSK Overture, but it causes the song to have static. --

Rinibra responds:

Thank you so much! I use FLS 9, I think the only VST's I used were the pad.

It's alright, although the audio quality is not that great, and the timing felt a little bit off. When I was listening to it, something was bugging me about it, I think it was those things, but it could be something else. This seems like a good piece, you might just need to do another take of it, with better microphones, less compression, and maybe a few practice runs to get everything nice and smooth.

It has potential, but it's not quite there yet.

Thank you for the ideas I was Using a cad u1 microphone, I will try it again following your advice and add on to this piece and make it a little bit more complex.

I really like this piece, love the feel and the style of it, really great job. I don't agree with the others though, this shouldn't be longer, it's a really nice length. What I would suggest is making it loop better, and submitting it as a loop, that way it could be used for games. I can imagine this being the background for an art game, or a point and click detective game. Fantastic work, hope to hear more from you in the future.

I'm not a huge fan of hip-hop music, but I really like this mix, it's not too fast or too crazy, it's a nice blend with the electronic genre. You obviously have a lot of skill when it comes to music making. Keep up the great work!

These are my favorite kinds of responses :) I love to hear that when people are not particularly (or even at all) a fan of a specific genre of music that I incorporate in my tracks, they still enjoy the blend. Like you, I've had people say they dont like hip-hop, but like my music still. Same to be said with my trance/house/techno tracks. It really brightens my day and refreshes my desire to make more! Thank you for the kind words!

Nice easy listening. Although not too much variety. It's a good piece, but not a great piece. Learn to make your pieces more dynamic. This could be having music panning, changes in volume, changes in tempo, new instruments, and more. There are so many ways to add a little more variety to a piece, you just have to choose which works best. Keep up the good work, can't wait to hear more.

This is really great for a first song, if that's true, which I have a bit of a hard time believing. Assuming this is your work, fantastic job, you should post more music to Newgrounds! I don't really think this song falls under Video Game, it might be Trance, just as a suggestion.

Leckam responds:

Thanks, and yes it is my work and yes it is my first song xD but as I said I play piano so was easy to me make the chords :D

Really nice 8-bit track. Keep up the good work, I have no complaints about this piece at all!

My ears were serious hurting, how you worked on this song without your ears doing the same, is a mystery to me. I agree with stratkat, make a song more pleasing sounding, this is way too harsh. If this is what you do when you are bored, I suggest you find a new hobby.

Great song, but you repeated a lot of the riffs, and the song got tedious in the middle. Shorten the song, would be my suggestion, either that, or make it more dynamic. You had an interesting song, it just got stale around the middle.

Higgins667 responds:

KKKKKKKKKKKKK, still working on it, i am sure I will change up the riffs a bit.

All right, although there isn't a lot to this piece, especially since it is a remix of another song. Try working on more original work, or if you are doing remixes, try and have greater dynamics to the piece.

EpicRPGRemixes responds:

Thanks for the advice! I'm always up for constructive criticism.
